Full service turn key construction.
Dry-in construction; foundation, log stack, windows and doors, interior wall framing,
roofing, rough in electric and plumbing. The interior work is left to the home owner.
Log stack; we put up the walls and you do the rest.
Log delivery; logs and technical service.
