• 4 weeks plans and engineering
• 8 weeks log milling and delivery
• 2 weeks erect structure
• 2 weeks wall panels
• 1 week install window and door components & install roof panels
• 2 weeks interior framing
• 2 weeks finish interior non-timber walls
• 3 weeks trim, cabinets, fixtures, flooring
• 2 weeks misc
• total 26 weeks start to finish
